Description:
The session will focus on group discussion and will use tools such as articles and scenarios to build collective understanding of communication styles. Discussions and information will enhance the ability of participants to better understand how "challenging people" might receive messages we attempt to convey as leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to self-reflect and engage in role playing scenarios to practice knowledge gained during the session. We will integrate a sense of fun into session activities to highlight that we can all take positives away from what we might perceive as negative situations!
