Celebrating success is a powerful way to show appreciation, increase engagement, and forge relationships. This session will go beyond “Confetti in a Box” by providing participants with ways to highlight what is #AACPSAwesome in their schools or offices – including the nomination & application process for Teacher of the Year. Participants will identify reasons to celebrate and will learn how to celebrate in strategic and purposeful ways.  From spontaneous shout-outs to a calendar full of intentional activities, leave this session with a toolkit of strategies to make every member of your team feel valued for contributing to the success of our students – and, perhaps, maybe a box of confetti to get you started.
