Periodic self-reflection of classroom strategies improves instructional practice and promotes student and teacher growth.  During this session, participants will revisit the concept that everyone is capable of learning more and will become more likely to contribute when they are connected to their own beliefs.  Learn how to promote self-reflection at the school level by dedicating time for growth mindset activities for yourself, school leaders, teachers, and students and gain an understanding of how that reflection can become a pathway towards improved social and emotional health for all stakeholders.
