“Help, I've fallen and I can't get up!" Burned out? Overly stressed? Riding an emotional roller coaster? Struggling to bounce back from adversity? This session is for anyone interested in bolstering their own resiliency, as well as school leaders in search of strategies that cultivate more resilient teachers. During this session, participants will identify protective factors that build resilience, as well as steps for intervening when a teacher feels disillusioned or derailed.
