Participants will learn about how to set up a timeline for coaching throughout the school year and how to differentiate professional development based on the needs of teachers. Participants will receive information on ways to implement structured walk-throughs, provide meaningful feedback, and document coaching cycles. In addition, data collection and evaluation techniques will be shared.
