This fun and informative workshop will relax and inspire you as we simulate a classroom experience. Participants will walk away with experiences and tools to decrease stress and increase productivity using yoga and mindfulness. There are no necessary equipment or items to buy to access these tools. We walk around with the tools every day-- our breath and our body. Engaging ourselves in this practice will then allow us to meet the ever-changing challenges the day brings. Movement provides oxygen to our blood and brains. Mindful breathing and movement engages our senses†and allows us to†focus and de-stress. And who doesnít want that?
