Kinesthetic Movement in the classroom prepares the brain to learn. Research shows movement in the classroom produces more effective and efficient learners. Students can acquire information, demonstrate what they know and increase their motivation through movement. This session will provide participants with information on how physical activity influences the brain. In addition, participants will engage in simple movement activities to apply to any learning environment. Participants will leave the session with tools to incorporate movement into any lesson and at any grade level. Even applicable to teacher professional development!
