Participants will learn about Mills-Parole Elementary School’s behavior support team structure, PBIS such as choice boards and school store, check in check out, Restorative Circles, Ross Green Book Study, professional development, walk-throughs focused on behavior techniques/PBIS, and the coaching model used by the behavior interventionists.
